Why do I need to submit my personal data when activating the Monheim-Pass?
The submission of some personal data is required since the Monheim-Pass's Services are personal services. Hence users must agree to their utilisation. How do I activate my Monheim-Pass account or my Monheim-Pass respectively?
Before using your Monheim-Pass for the first time it needs to be activated. Therefore, in the Monheim-Pass-Portal there is a button Activate Monheim-Pass. After clicking on this button, you are asked to indicate your name, your date of birth, your Monheim-Pass ID as well as your desired login credentials. Furthermore, you must agree to the Terms and Conditions, the data protection declaration and the transport conditions for the Monheim-Ticket. You will then receive an email at your specified email address containing a link. By clicking on this link, the activation process is finalised. Please bear in mind that the activation process for your Monheim-Ticket for public transport takes 24 hours. It is only then that you can use it in public transport.

How do I activate my child's Monheim-Pass?
In order to activate a child's Monheim-Pass a parent or legal guardian must activate their own Monheim-Pass first and then log in to the Monheim-Pass-Portal. In the My Monheim-Pass Account section (see diagram) there is the option to register one or more children.
Where do I find my Monheim-Pass ID?
You can find your personal Monheim-Pass ID on your Monheim-Pass-Card's blue front right underneath your name (see diagram). The Monheim-Pass ID consists of a sequence of 18 numbers. You can also find it in the Monheim-Pass-Portal's My Monheim-Pass Account's section and in your Monheim-Pass-App's profile.
